Lombardy wine experience 2020 Day Trip

Meeting point at our parking in Cusano Milanino at 8:30. Short briefing and ready for departure at 9:00! We will immerse ourselves in the hills and vineyard of Lombardy, it will be quite a trip getting there in a rickshaw. The vineyards of an estate that saw its beginnings in the Middle Ages are rooted in these brown calcareous clayey soils All around a table made from a "slice" of the trunk of a cherry tree. What to eat and where to stay will be up to you. It is important that you remember to return the land-surface missiles (tuk tuks) to Cusano Milanino in the afternoon... if possible intact!!!

Stage: Cusano Milanino - Oltrepò Pavese
Description: Oltrepò Pavese, that get is name from the south part of Po river, is part of Pavia province. This area stands out for a wide range of agritourisms offering typical products from south of Lombardia.  The medieval castle are testimonial of old nobility of the region, well represented in the local museum. The main specialty is the famous wine with the denomination Oltrepò Pavese. This wine recognition DOC as been acknowledged on 1970; from 2007 harvest also the sparkling wine Oltrepò Pavese metodo classico has been awarded with DOCG seal.
